And so excited to get to know you better. Here’s a bit about me.

I’m a language lover and firm believer that language unlocks the door to connection and understanding, that includes our relationship to self. My love for languages paved the way for an initial career in marketing, learning and teaching businesses how to connect with audiences through a combination of images, colors, and words. My creative approach catapulted me into the startup world where I’ve thrived as an early hire for at a number of pre IPO companies for almost 10 years, working closely with founding teams. My responsibilities always expanded beyond the written scope, encompassing new and experimental initiatives.

Outside of my 9-5, I’ve always gravitated toward experimental projects and communities, specifically run by heart-aligned creators. I’ve found immense joy and success in helping entrepreneurs build spaces for connection and play, ranging from alcohol free morning raves to confetti photo shoots and dance experiences. The common thread being social experiences that center people in the present, breed connection, and spark joy.

Inspired by my experiences, I started a consultancy to help more entrepreneurs bringing their dreams to life, focused on branding, go to market strategy and techniques to enhance their digital presence.

On this journey I spent almost 5 years battling chronic inflammatory illness. Where I was thriving in community and career, my body was so inflamed from unrecognized stress and burnout that I moved from a city to the countryside for a year to find my center.

During that year I went deep into mindset work and recognized how much my mindset was contributing to my physical illness and stress. I needed a new way to move toward my goals and aspirations in everyday life without the negative mental-physical impact. It was also what made me recognize that I was not living in alignment with my full potential, and the value of bringing this work to others. It was the start of formalizing the tools I use every day into something to help and guide more people toward tapping into a beautifully bold and balanced life of unlimited potential.
